Response to Inspection Report 90-11, Notice of Violations During a Special Inspectior, of Vermont Yankee's Personnel Access Control Program, conducted on August 29 31, 1990, two violations of NRC requirements were identified [ Reference c)). The purpose of this letter is to provide the necessary_ response pursuant to 10CFR2.201. This response is provided in Attachment A and is considered SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION and shall be withheld from publin disclosure in accordancs with 10CFR2.790.
The corrective action identified in Attachment A, in concert with the immediate corrective action implemented at the time of discovery, will result in a more effective Access Authorization Program.
