Specific details concerning the changes are contained in enclosures titled Background Information, Summary for l

Temporary Change, specific temporary change to the physical security plan paragraph and JAFHPP Plot Plan (Figure 4).

The enclosures (4 sets) are identified as Safeguards Information and proprietary information pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 2.790(d) (1) . ,
