Alabama Power Company hereby certifies that the fitness-for-duty program has been implemented which meets the requirements of 10 CFR Part 26. There are no cut-off levels in this program more stringent than those imposed by this  !

rule. However, Alabuia Power Company screens for two additional substances not required by the rules benzodiazepine and barbiturates. The testing panel and cut-off levels in this program are listed in the enclosure to this letter.

The information provided herein is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. If there are any questions, please advise.
