FITNESS-FOR-DUTY PROGRAM POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT This letter is to certify, pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 26.73(d), that Wisconsin Electric Power Company, licensee for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, has implemented a Fitness-For-Duty program which meets the requirements of 10 CFR Part 26 for all personnel having unescoited access to the Point Beach
- f. Nuclear Plant protected areas, which includes the TSC, or Emergency Operations Facility. The program does not use any testing cut-off 1 levels which are more~ stringent than those imposed by Part 26.
