1. Paymcnts made and expenses incurred by the capanies under this policy have reduced, in accordance with Ccndition 3 of the policy, the limits cf the capanies' liability stated in Itcm 4 of the Declaraticns and in all Increase of Limit of Liability Endorse'ents.
2. The limit of liability stated in Endorsment No. 39 which has been reduced is hereby restored to S 36,000,000.00 . This restored limit applies only with respect to obligaticns assmed or e.wses incurred because of bodily injury or property damage caused by the nuclear energy hazard after the effective date of this adorsement.
3. The limits of liability stated in the policy shall not be c=ulative.

Each payment made by the cm.penies after the effective date of 2is endorsment for any loss or expense covered by the policy shall reduce by the scunt of such payment every limit of liability, regardless of ',zhich limit of liability applies with respect to the Indily injury or prcperty damage out of which such loss or e:< pense arises.
