Plant E. I. Hatch Docket No. 50-366 Octobe- 17, 1980 HPCI' INJECTION INTO REACTOR On 10-9-80 at approximately 0405, following a reactor s5 ram or lew reactor water level due to loss of feedvtater, HPCI auto initiated on low reactor water level and injected into the reactor. HPCI tripped on high reactor water level. HPCI was manually started and injected twice more for reactor water makeup due to reactor being i olated causing loss of RFP's.

As of the date of this report, there have been sixteen (16) HPCI injections into the reactor vessel.
