Power Company believes are encompassed by the attorney / client privilege and which are contained in

'the legal department files relating directly to the Dow-Midland contracts.

The review of legal files which may contain additional documents is still under-way and should be completed within the next 10 days; l and ,

3. A list of the documents contained in the files of the firm retained by Consumers Power Company to advise them of their rights under the Dow-Consumers Power _ Company contract which Consumers Power claims fall into the' category of attorney / client privileges.
