Pursuant to 10CFR50.74, this letter informs you of a change in status of two Boston Edison company licensed operators. Charles Leonard, SOP-2003, and ,
Joseph Stokes, OP-3156-7, have been permanently reassigned within Boston Edison Company as of October 3,1989, and October 20, 1989, respectively.
Messrs. Leonard and Stokes are remaining in positions which do not require license certification. Therefore, they will no longer participate in our licensed ope.ator requalification training program and their licenses will not be renewed. .
