Reference (1) submitted to the NRC a proposed amendment to the Fort St. Vrain (FSV) Technical Specifications that will supersede _LCOs 4.1.2 through 4.1.6, SRs 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.1.3, and 5.1.5, the Interim Technical Specifications, and will incorporate a new Reactivity Control Section. During the NRC review process, it was identified to PSC in Reference (2) that a page numbering discrepancy had appeared

'in Section 5.1 between the NRC's copy and PSC's copy of the FSV Technical Specifications. While the wording of Sectiori 5.1 is identical in both copies, the words appear on differing pages. ,

Section 5.1 in its entirety is being sent to the NRC to correct this inconsistency between copies. In addition, our previous submittal included one revised page from Section 4.1 which did not have change

- bar marks in the margin. This deficiency is being corrected by resubmitting the revised Section 4.1 page with the correct bar marks.
