Docket 50-160; License No. R-97 This letter is to request an extension of the due date for submittal of an ammended security plan for the Georgia Tech Research Reactor.
Part 73.67 (c) specifies a May 18, 1980 date. We would like an ex-tension until June 25, 1980 in order to complete the necessary changes in our current security plan. We do not foresee any problem in meet-ing this date. Implementation of the plan would be done within 30 days following approval. The above course of action was discussed by telephone with Mr. Fr.mk Gillespie and others of the Region II Office, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
