No position indications (blank windows) were noted for any positions. More fully in-serted than position 17. The next position displaying indic. was "20".

Two adjacent rods taken out-of-service fully inserted and CRD H-9 taken out-of-service at position 20, per GE. This array very conservatively assures that the SDM is met.
