The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding alleged retaliation for identifying safety concerns.

The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation of retaliation for identifying safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
