2018 Individual Monitoring NRC Form 5 Report In accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206(b), Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) submitted the electronic data file of NRC Form 5 information for each individual monitored at CYAPCO during 2018 via the REIRS web page. The file was reviewed and accepted.

In addition, CYAPCO notes that no individuals received greater than or equal to 100 mRem during calendar year 2018. Thus, no reports were required to be sent to individuals in accordance with 10 CFR 19.13.
