Dear Sir or Madam:

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5), 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5), 10 CFR 72.4, and 10 CFR 72.44(f),

the Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) Emergency Plan (EPlan) has been revised and is included in of this letter. Revision 43 of the ANO EPlan became effective on April 4, 2019.

A summary of the changes to the EPlan is included in Attachment 1 of this letter.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q), a screening and/or evaluation of the changes to the EPlan was performed. The screening and/or evaluation concluded that the changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the EPlan, and the EPlan continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
