On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), we would like to express our appreciation to Synergy Enterprises, Inc. (SEI), for supporting the NRCs 31st annual Regulatory Information Conference (RIC), held March 12-14, 2019. More than 2,300 attendees represented 34 countries at this years conference.
The RIC is the NRCs premier event. We strive to give attendees the ultimate conference experience, and this year, we enhanced the program by introducing a new NRC RIC mobile app as well as live polling capabilities. Feedback from attendees on these initiatives has been overwhelmingly positive, and the outstanding support from the SEI staff, under the leadership of Sean Grobe, played a large part in its success. His team worked tirelessly to plan and execute new initiatives, including the development and implementation of the NRC RIC mobile app.
NRC senior management is very pleased with this years RIC and wishes to commend Sean Grobe, Sippy Joseph, Todd Ossman, and the entire SEI team for their professionalism and efforts to deliver the highest level of customer service.
