UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 April 26, 2019 Mr. Derek Suminski, National Event Director BAV Audio Visual Services, Inc.

10 Sonwil Drive Buffalo, NY 14225

Dear Mr. Suminski:

On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), we would like to express our appreciation to BAV Audio Visual (BAV) for supporting the NRCs 31st annual Regulatory Information Conference (RIC), held March 12-14, 2019. More than 2,300 attendees represented 34 countries at this years conference.

The RIC is the NRCs premier event. We strive to give attendees the ultimate conference experience, and this year, we enhanced the program by introducing a new NRC RIC mobile app as well as live polling capabilities. Feedback from attendees on these initiatives has been overwhelmingly positive, and the exceptional support provided by the BAV team played a large part in this success. NRC senior management is very pleased with this years RIC and wishes to commend Frank Brewster, Nick Malczewsky, Steve Jeremos, Dave Rogge, and the rest of the BAV team for their professionalism and efforts to ensure client satisfaction. Their commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service was evident throughout the conference, including in such areas of demonstrated competence as the dry runs with members of the Commission and the Executive Director for Operations, the introduction of live polling into the sessions, and the support for the ePosters and digital presentations.

As co-sponsors of the RIC, we would appreciate your conveying our appreciation to the entire BAV team for its dedication and exceptional support in making the RIC a success.

Sincerely,

/RA/

Ho K. Nieh, Director Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation
