On February 14, 2019, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) determined that incorrect information was submitted in the above referenced letter. Specifically, the letter listed the incorrect in service date for Multi-Purpose Canister (MPC) , Serial Number 0185. This letter resubmits the required cask usage information with the corrected in service date for MPC-0185.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.21 O," paragraph (b)(2) , TVA is resubmitting the registration for the use of one spent fuel storage cask under the general license to store spent fuel at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (BFN) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. The initial use of the cask listed below to store spent fuel occurred on September 16, 2009.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2), TVA is providing the following cask loading information:

Cask Identification Multi-Purpose Canister Numbers Type 68 , Serial No. 0185 Overpack Serial No. 0299 The issue identified above has been entered into the TVA Corrective Action Program.
