Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is for Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (Dominion Energy) to discuss its planned license amendment request to add a required action to Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 2, Technical Specification 3.8.1.1 to allow up to 14 days allowed outage time in a configuration where a cross-tie switchyard breaker (13T-2) is closed, coincident with the Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 3, 'A' reserve station service transformer inoperable or out of service.
