AMENDMENT 29 - APPROVAL OF FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFIER L-2018-LLA-0257)
Dear Mr. Terry:
This refers to your letter number 18-060, dated September 6, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML18256A205), which submitted the July 9, 2018 revision to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
The submittal enclosed a copy of the revised Plan in its entirety.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has completed its review of the request and approves the revised plan. A discussion of the NRC review is provided in Enclosure 3 to this letter.
Condition S-1 of the License has been updated to include the date of September 6, 2018.
Condition SG-5.1 of the License has been updated to include the date of July 9, 2018.
Pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 70, Condition S-1 of Materials License SNM-42 is hereby amended to include the dates of December 13, 2017, April 3, 2018, and May 3, 2018.
Enterprise Project Identifier L-2017-LLA-0257 is CLOSED.
Enclosures 2 and 3 contain Official Use Only -Security Related Information. When separated from the Enclosures, this letter is decontrolled.
