Two forms that implement the WCGS RERP have been revised. The revised documents are identified below:

Form Effective Date APF 06-002-02, Rev. OB January 15, 2019 APF 06-002-03, Rev. OB January 22, 2019 The attached summary of the changes to the implementing forms explain that these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.

Rev. OB The Form has been changed to make an administrative correction that corrected the abbreviations, acronyms, editorial changes, typographical errors, and minor word changes to provide clarification.

The change does not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

2. Procedure APF 06-002-03, "EAL Classification Matrix," Rev. OB The Form has been changed to make an administrative correction that corrected the typographical errors, and minor word changes to provide clarification.
