Information - Change to Lists of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel To Whom It May Concern:

This letter transmits changes in Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) updated list of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel (OODEP) for WCNOC and some of its owner companies in respect of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) determination and Facility Security Clearance determination for WCNOC and Wolf Creek Generating Station.

The reference transmitted separate, updated, confidential OODEP lists for WCNOC and its three owner companies (Kansas Gas and Electric Company [KGE], Kansas City Power & Light Company [KCPL] and Kansas Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. [KEPCo]); as well as for KGE's parent company, v_\/estar Energy, Inc.; and Westar and KCPL's ultimate parent company, Evergy, Inc. By this letter, WCNOC is transmitting notice of recent changes in OODEP for KEPCo in accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1 ).

Specifically, this letter is to advise the NRG that:

• Mr. Daniel L. Hubert was named Trustee for KEPCo effective December 11, 2018. Mr.

Hubert's personal information for KEPCo's OODEP list appears in Enclosure I.

• Mr. Charles W. Look was named Alternate Trustee for KEPCo effective January 1, 2019. Mr. Lock's personal information for KEPCo's OODEP list appears in Enclosure I.

.WCNOC also wishes to advise the NRC of a recent non-significant change to information on .

certain individuals named in their OODEP list provided with the reference, as follows:

• Howard D. Kissinger, formerly Trustee for KEPCo, is no longer a member of the board effective December 11, 2018.

• Alan Miller, formerly Alternate Trustee for KEPCo, is no longer a member of the boa.rd effective January 1, 2019.

The enclosed OODEP information contains personal confidential information. Therefore,**

WCNOC requests that the NRC treat the enclosure as exempt from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6) as "Personal and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy."
