By letter dated November 28, 2018, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) submitted an amendment request to modify the CCNPP licensing basis, by the addition of a License Condition, to allow for the implementation of the provisions of Title 1O of the Code of Federal Regulations (1 O CFR), Part 50.69, "Risk-Informed Categorization and Treatment of Structures, Systems and Components for Nuclear Power Reactors."
The original request omitted to include the following statement in the cover letter:
Exelon requests approval of the proposed license amendment by November 28, 2019, with the amendment being implemented within 60 days. The proposed change has been reviewed by the Plant Operations Review Committee.
