TRANSMITTAL OF CONGRESSIONAL REVIEW ACT FORMS Enclosed for your signature are three Congressional Review Act forms for the final revision to Chapter 14, Piping Systems and Components - Inspections, Tests, Analyses, and Acceptance Criteria included in the Standard Review Plan (SRP) for the Review of Safety Analysis Reports for Nuclear Power Plants: LWR Edition, (NRC-2015-0211). Please arrange to have these forms submitted to the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
