Reference:

1) Ameren Missouri letter U LN RC-064 1 9, Owners Activity Reports (OAR-I Forms) for Cycle/Refuel 22. dated March 19. 2018 (Accession No. ML18078A788).

In the letter identified as Reference 1, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) transmitted Owners Activity Reports (OAR-I forms) for Cycle 22 and Refuel 22 activities at Callaway Plant.

One OAR-I form was provided for Inservice Inspection (IS I) and Repair/Replacement activities during the first period of the fourth 151 Program interval. and another OAR- I form was provided for containment Inservice Inspection (pursuant to ASME Section IX, subsection IWE) for the third period of the second IWE Program interval.

In regard to the OAR-I form completed for ISI and Repair/Replacement activities, it was noted in the letter that the form was prepared and being submitted in accordance with ASME Code Case N-532-5, as requii-ed by the current Revision 0 of Callaways Fourth Interval 151 Program Plan. Although the Code Case reference was coirect, after submittal of the letter, it was determined that this OAR-i form had been inadvertently prepared in accordance with ASME Code Case N-532-4. A revised OAR form for ISI and Repair/Replacement activities is therefore being provided per this submittal (as enclosed),

which supersedes the previously submitted report. (The previousty submitted OAR-I form for containment Inservice Inspection activities is not affected.)
