CANCELLING NUMEROUS INSPECTION REPORT NUMBERS This memorandum documents Region IVs cancellation of inspection report numbers that were assigned from the 2012 timeframe until 2017. Numerous report numbers were created and assigned, but not used and not closed. The Region IV office has verified that inspection efforts were not expended nor were any licensees charged for inspection time under those report numbers.
