In Reference 1, DTE Electric Company (DTE) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to revise Technical Specification (TS) 3.7.2 for Emergency Equipment Cooling Water (EECW) / Emergency Equipment Service Water (EESW) System and Ultimate Heat Sink (UHS). In Reference 2, DTE provided a response to a NRC request for additional information regarding the Reference 1 LAR. Reference 3 notified DTE that the NRC staff would perform a regulatory audit to support its review of the LAR.

USNRC NRC-18-0028 Page 2 DTE agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in the Reference 3 letter and will provide the NRC staff the information needed to access the requested UHS design basis calculations in support of the audit.

No new commitments are being made in this submittal.
