PURPOSE: The purpose of this predecisional enforcement conference is to discuss three apparent violations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requirements. The apparent violations are related to a medical event that involved the administration of yttrium-90 at the medical center in Anchorage, Alaska. These apparent violations are described in NRC Inspection Report 030-13426/2017-001, dated February 2, 2018 (public ADAMS ML18033B654).
CATEGORY: This is a Category 1 public meeting. The public is invited to observe the meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
