Dear Sir or Madam:

In Letter EA-17-132/EA-17-153, dated November 20, 2017, (reference NRC Inspection Reports 4-2016-004 and 4-2017-021), the NRC notified Entergy Operations INC. (Entergy) of three Apparent Violations at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. On November 27, 2017 Entergy verbally requested from the NRC to use the ADR process to resolve the Apparent Violations.
