Dear Ms. Grinnell,
Below, you asked: Where is the NextEra letter to you on their NRC violation in ML16182A031.
As I am sure you are aware, the NRC has a webpage specifically devoted to Seabrook Concrete Degradation. A portion of this page provides links to publically available documents. The following web address will take you to this webpage and the publically available documents: http://www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/ops experience/concretedegradation.html#publicly.
Additionally, you can use ADAMS accession numbers (ML#) to retrieve publically available documents from ADAMS using the web based ADAMS search tool located at the following web address: http://adams.nrc.gov/wba/.
The accession number (ML16182A031) that you provided is for my letter dated June 29, 2016, to NextEra that acknowledged NextEras reply to the Notice of Violation (NOV) in NRC Inspection Report 0500443/2016008. In this letter, I thanked NextEra for their letter dated June 6, 2016, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No ML16161A534) in response to the NRC letter and NOV (ML16127A155), dated May 6, 2016. This letter requested the previously referenced June 6, 2016, response from NextEra Energy Seabrook (NextEra).
Again, these letters can be retrieved from the two following web addresses: http://www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/opsexperience/concrete degradation.html#publicly or http://adams.nrc.gov/wba/.
I trust this is fully responsive to your request.
