Ladies and Gentlemen:

On March 30, 2015, as documented in the referenced NRC Inspection Report 05000324/2015404 and 05000325/2015404, Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP), Units 1 and 2, received two Green Non-Cited Violations (NCVs) and four Green Licensee Identified Violations (LIVs) related to the implementation of interim cyber security milestones. These violations were identified as being subject to enforcement discretion. The NRC requested that, upon completion of all corrective actions related to these violations, BSEP provide written notification to the NRC's regional office as to the method and date of closure for the issues identified in these violations. The enclosure to this letter provides the requested information.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter or its enclosure.
