Regarding relief granted, a couple of questions, we deserve to know.

1. Were the welds tested in the past?

2. When in the past?

3. How were they tested?

4. If they have been tested in the past what has changed to make testing difficult now?

I think I know the answer to that last question - Entergy does not want to do it because it will take too much time in the RFO and cost money.
