Gas Company (SCE&G), the licensee for Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Unit 1 (VCSNS), to comply with Additional Security Measures (ASMs). SCE&G responded (Reference 2) with a schedule to achieve compliance with the ASMs. Subsequently, the implementation date was revised (Reference 3 and 4) based on current fuel load plans.

VCSNS will store fuel in the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation on or after March 21, 2016.
