Question for TS 3.7.9 UHS LAR (TAC No. MF0378)

Staff has a question on the safety status of the setpoints for cooling tower fan speed control and cooling tower bypass valve automatic closure. Youve credited manual operator actions for these functions. If it is determined that these items are not safety-related, then we have less review to do. If they are safety-related, we need the calculations for each setpoint; a statement of whether each is, or is not, a limiting safety system setting (LSSS), and a TSTF-493 statement.
