Kewaunee PSDAR Meeting Public Participation Ground Rules

Public Participation Ground Rules To speak:

• If you did not sign up to speak prior to the meeting, you can sign up with the Facilitator during the break

• Provide written comment/question for facilitator to read aloud, if preferred

• Phone participants can press STAR ONE (* 1) to ask a question/make a comment

• Facilitator may request clarification

• Be ready to speak immediately following prior speaker

Public Participation Ground Rules When speaking, please:

• Introduce yourself and state your affiliation; speak slowly and clearly

• Direct comments to NRC

• Be courteous and respectful

• Keep comments/questions concise

• Share the air time: We want to hear from everyone

• Respect time limits and Facilitators time cues
