The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB or the Board) issued the attached Order today, stating that provisions in 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(h) "shall control the time" for parties to file responses to the petitions filed yesterday by NARUC and the Prairie Island Indian Community, as well as any additional petitions to intervene that may be received.
