RE: Board issues Order for filings in response to NARUC and Prairie Island, any future petitions Hey there! I just tried to call you when I saw you in my "in" box! Yes, the filings just keep coming... which means more e-mail from. me...

Hope all is well - you were getting a stair railing (I think...) last time I ran into you at the Chef. All set now?!?

Board issues Order for filings in response to NARUC and Prairie Island, any future petitions Hi again -

The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB or the Board) issued the attached Order today, stating that provisions in 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(h) "shall control the time" for parties to file responses to the petitions filed yesterday by NARUC and the Prairie Island Indian Community, as well as any additional petitions to intervene that may be received. These provisions in the regulation allow parties 25 calendar days to respond to a filed petition; the petitioners would then have 7 calendar days to respond to the parties' submittals.
