OF MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2006, BETWEENTHE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION STAFF, STRATEGIC TEAMING AND RESOURCE SHARING, AND WOLF CREEK NUCLEAR OPERATING CORPORATION REPRESENTATIVES TO DISCUSS THE WOLF CREEK GENERATING STATION LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATIONOn September 20, 2006, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff met withmembers of Strategic Teaming and Resource Sharing (STARS) and Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC or the applicant) to discuss the applicant's web-based database to be utilized during the review of the license renewal application (LRA) for the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS). During the meeting, STARS provided an overview of the content of its Document Retrieval and Research System and its Data Management Tool which contain a collection of references to be utilized in support of the LRA review. STARS explained in detail how the system was created and organized. In addition, the NRC staff was instructed on how to navigate and search through the system.A list of attendees is provided in Enclosure 1 and the meeting agenda is provided inEnclosure 2.
