S UBJECT: Revised Final Initial Licensed Operator Examination In accordance with References 1, 2 and 3, enclosed is the Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) revised final initial licensed operator written and operating examination material submittal for the examination scheduled to be conducted during the week of December 7, 2015.

The enclosed material was developed in accordance with N UREG 1021, Revision 10, "Operator Licensing Examiner Standards," and NUREG-1122, "Knowledge and Abilities Catalog for Nuclear Power Plant Operators," Revision 2, Supplement 1.

This material is being provided in electronic format. An enclosed C DROM contains the examination material in password protected format. Previous correspondence included site procedures and reference materials.

Also enclosed are the updated Operating Test Quality Checklist (ES-301-3), Simulator Scenario Quality Checklist (ES-301-4), Written Exam Quality Checklist (ES-401-6) and Examination Security Agreement (ES-201-3). As additional individuals are required to participate in the examination development and validation process, they will be added to the security agreement.

To ensure exam security, it is requested that the Operations Test materials, scenarios and Job Performance Measures (JPMs), be withheld from public disclosure until after the examinations are complete.We request the written exam be withheld for a period not to exceed two years from the date the exam is administered, which is scheduled for December 14, 2015.
