May 7, 2018 L-2018-106 10 CFR 50 Appendix E U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, D. C. 20555-0001 Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Emergency Response Data System (EROS) Changes Pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, VI, 3.a, "Maintaining the Emergency Respons.e Data System," this letter notifies the NRC of deletion of data points from the Emergency Response Data System (EROS) Data Point Library Reference File for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4.

The condenser Steam Jet Air Ejectors (SJAEs) exhaust for both Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 have been re-routed to the plant vent stack where the exhaust will be monitored by the plant vent stack Special Particulate Iodine and Noble Gas (SPING) monitor RAD-6304. The plant vent SPING monitor satisfies all the condenser air ejector exhaust monitoring and sampling requirements. Routing the condenser SJAEs exhaust from each unit to the plant vent eliminated the need for the two dedicated condenser SJAE SPI NG monitors, therefore the existing condenser SJAE SPI NG monitors RAD-3/4-6417 were removed from service. As a result of these plant changes, EROS Data Point ID R6417HR_ A, Air Ejector Gas Gamma Hi Range, associated with the condenser SJAEs were deleted from the Units 3 and 4 EROS Data Point Library on April 25, 2018.

This information is provided for compliance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, VI, 3.a, which requires NRC notification within 30 days after the changes are completed.
