Corrective action consisted of continuing efforts to "walkdown" procedures to identify and resolve deficiencies and to continuing procedure review concerning attention to detai The NRC inspectors reviewed numerous operating procedures and determined that operating procedures are now satisfactor This item is considered close . Technical Specifications and Implementing Procedures The objective of this follow-up inspection to the NRC inspection conducted April 29 through May 3, 1985, (NRC Inspection Report 50-458/85-35) was to determine whether the final draft Technical Specifications (TS) dated May-June 1985, are adequate, address the applicant's facility, are appli-cable to NRC inspection and enforcement requirements, and that the TS will be properly implemented through the approved facility procedures. The applicant's readiness to implement the TS was assessed.

The NRC inspectors and consultants reviewed the specific inspection findings documented on the' data sheets attached to NRC Inspection Report 50-458/85-35 and numbered 001 through 42 The NRC inspectors review of these 422 data. sheets and supporting applicant procedures

resulted in ~the closure of. 398 of the open items. In addition, five new open items were identified. '-For clarification and record purposes all 422

open items, as identified by the 8535-xxx data sheets are closed. The 24 items that remained open are reopened in this inspection report and have

-6- Walk down af Selected Procedures The NRC inspectors performed walk downs of selected procedures. These walk downs verified that the applicant's procedures had been evaluated and -

reviewed, walked down, and corrected, as necessary, to assure agreement between the applicant's procedures.and appropriate TS requirements. The walk downs by NRC inspectors did not identify any significant deficiencies .
