UNIVERSITY OF UTAH - NRC ROUTINE INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-407/2013-201

Dear Dr. Jevremovic:

On August 26-29, 2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, the Commission)

conducted an inspection at your University of Utah TRIGA Reactor facility (Inspection Report No. 50-407/2013-201). The enclosed report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on August 29, 2013, with you and members of your staff.

The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to safety and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.

The inspectors reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel. Based on the results of this inspection, no findings of significance were identified.

No response to this letter is required.
