Letters of Agreement The NRC inspector confirmed through discussion with licensee representatives that agreements for emergency response support with offsite agencies were still considered to be in effect and no notice of termination of any of the agreements had been received by AP&L. However, the NRC inspector determined, by review of the Emergency Plan and discussion with licensee personnel, that the letters of agreement with the offsite agencies had not been reviewed and updated on a 2 year interval in accordance with a commitment stated in the Emergency Pla The NRC inspector's review showed that all of the letters of agreement were overdue for updating by periods ranging from 2 to 24 months. The failure to update the letters of agreement is considered to be a deviation from a commitment to the NRC (50-313/8520-01; 50-368/8521-01). Exit Interview The exit interview was conducted on June 20, 1985, with licensee representatives and NRC representatives. Mr. M. Murphy represented the NRC resident inspector. Mr. C. A. Hackney summarized the inspection findings. The NRC inspector stated that all letters of agreement were l past due for renewal. The licensee representative acknowledged that the letters of agreement were due for renewal and stated that there was a schedule for obtaining signatures on all letters of agreemen i
