The inspector held discussions with licensee representatives regarding emergency preparedness, emergency response facilities, Region II Incident Response Teams, and NRC-licensee interface during emergencie Experiences and lessons-learned from the Full Field Exercise of the Federal Radiological Emergency Response Plan at Plant St. Lucie, in March 1984 were discussed. A draft copy of the logistical needs of the Region II Incident Response Teams was presented and discussed. The inspector discussed NRC response team organization, NRC concept of operation, roles and responsibility of the site team, and interface areas between the NRC and licensee response tea The licensee's plans for evaluation of the Crisis Management Center in Charlotte, North Carolina were discusse Licensee representative indicated that they would like additional informa-tion on the ERF appraisal program. The licensee was advised in a telephone conversation between Mr. W. E. Cline (NRC) and Mr. R. Harris, Duke Power Emergency Preparedness Coordinator that additional information would be provided. }}
