Meeting Summary: A meeting and inspection was conducted at General Public Utilities Corporate offices on June 25, 1985, to examine the documentation recently retrieved that supports licensee actions for satisfying IE Bulletins 79-02 and 79-1 In addition, the licensee's program for reinspection and completion of corrective actions relating to the inspection findings described in Inspection Report 50-219/85-14 were reviwed and discussed. Detailed items of. discussion were as follows:

(1) Preliminary screening of MNCR's for significant Deviations that could affect system operabilit (2) The status of MNCR revie _

(3) Any impact on the SE (4) Quality Assurance involvement in engineering and the reinspectio (5) The overall IEB 79-14 reinspection progra (6) Adequacy of staffing and schedules for completion of corrective action The following understandings were agreed to by the licensee and the NRC staff:

(1) Completed piping system packages will be sent to the NRC SEP review group as they become available. The completed packages for the CRD and liquid poison systems will be sent in the immediate futur (2) The schedule for completion of corrective actions are:

(a) IEB 79-14 reinspection will be completed during the fall 1985 outage. The reanalysis will be completed within the two month

period following the outag (b) IEB 79-02 will be completed during the April 1986 outage.

(3) Supports or portions of supports obscured from inspection by insulation will be evaluated to determine the scope and significance of the proble (4) MNCR's will be reviewed to assure that dispositions are adequately and clearly supported by accompanying statement (5) The piping system screening evaluation criteria will be formalize (6) The SEP Group, NRC and the licensee will coordinate the selection of the appropriate floor response spectra to be used in the confirmatory pipe

, The NRC review of preliminary efforts to resolve Inspection Report N findings indicates that adequate programs have been established, appropriate engineering is bqing applied and that no major system deficiencies have been identified.
