MISSOURI UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY - NRC ROUTINE INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-123/2015-201

Dear Mr. Bonzer:

From August 17-20, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission)

conducted an inspection at your Nuclear Reactor Facility (Inspection Report No. 50-123/2015-201). The enclosed report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on August 20, 2015, with you and members of your staff.

This inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to safety and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel. Based on the results of the inspection, no findings of non-compliance with NRC requirements were identified. No response to this letter is required.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, and requests for withholding, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs document system (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)).
