nel, independent measurements and document reviews. The results of the inspec-tion are described in the NRC Region 1 inspection report enclosed with this letter and were discussed with Mr. N. St. Laurent of your staff at the . con-clusion of the inspectio P Please note that the enclosed inspection report describes inspector concerns regarding observations of licensee performance in the area of dedicating commercial grade componer.ts for use in a safety-related system. Similar NRC concerns in this area were . identified during the team inspection conducted'on January 10-15, 1988, as documented in Inspection Report No. 50-29/88-02. These observations warrant additional management attention.
