NRC INSPECTION REPORT 050-00018/13-007; 050-00070/13-001; 050-00183/13-001

Dear Mr. Caine:

This letter refers to the inspection conducted on September 10-12, 2013, at your Vallecitos Nuclear Center in Sunol, California. During this inspection, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff examined activities conducted under your licenses as they relate to public health and safety to confirm compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.

Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selected examination of procedures and representative records, observations of activities, and interviews with personnel. The enclosed report presents the results of this inspection. No violations were identified, and no response to this letter is required.
