Thank you for your response of September 3. 1997. to our Notice of Violation, issued on August B. 1997, concerning reciprocity activities cnnducted in Virginia under North Carolina License No. 041-0766-1. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
