Dear Mr. Murray:
This is in response to your letter dated October 16, 1978 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act documents relating to the quanitities of uranium shipments from in-situ leach operations.
Your letter was received by the Office of Administration on October 26, 1978.
NRC licensees are not required to report, nor do they report, the quantities of uranium shipments from in-situ leach operations. Therefore, the NRC has no documents subject to your request.
This completes NRC action 'on your F0IA request.
