Title	Offsite Notification of a Small Oil Spill
Event Description	Unit 2 control room was notified of a small hydraulic oil spill (less than 1 quart) from a construction truck to a gravel parking lot. [The licensee] made notifications to the New York Department of Environment Conservation [DEC] and the Westchester Department of Health. The spill was cleaned up by 1400 [EDT] on 7/27/11. The spill report number to the DEC is #1104806. The licensee has notified State and local authorities and the NRC Resident Inspector.
